Each fall, an annual report is prepared and submitted to the General Assembly and Administration for the CCF, and historically for the CRCF and VRIF, respectively, discussing program performance and administrative activities during the prior year. As state-supported programs, the annual reports demonstrate the economic and technical ROI on the Commonwealth’s investment, ROI which is often realized one or more years after a project’s completion.
